Kevin Sylvester

Kevin Sylvester is a Toronto-based illustrator, writer and broadcaster whose kids books have received raves from both critics and young readers for their humour, information, and big ideas. He is best known for his series featuring the young super-chef detective Neil Flambé (endorsed by the inimitable Gordon Ramsay), as well as numerous books for young readers about sports. This year sees the release of a young adult adventure novel MiNRS (Simon & Schuster), about kids who must survive in the mining tunnels after their new space colony is attacked. He also has a new picture book, Super-Duper Monster Viewer (Anansi), full of colour and visual puns.
