GG Winners Announced
The Canada Council today announced the winners of the 2016 Governor General Literary Awards.
We’re especially happy for François Gilbert, who picked up the Young People’s Literature – Text (French language) for his YA novel Hare Krishna. François totally charmed us when he visited THIN AIR/Livres en fête last month.
And Lazer Ledenhendler won for the English translation, The Party Wall by Catherine Leroux. Catherine also found time to be part of THIN AIR/Livres en fête in September.
