David and Joan will both be appearing on THE MAINSTAGE of the THIN AIR festival. The Mainstage event takes place at 8:00 pm at the Manitoba Theatre for Young People

Tonight, Monday, September 20, Joan will be appearing in RE: WRITING HISTORY, an event about real people, actual circumstances—as tonight’s line-up attests, the historical record intrigues both writers and readers. Other authors appearing this evening include Michael Lista, Carolyn Smart, Eva Wiseman and Richard B Wright.

 

On Tuesday, September 21, David will be appearing in THE MATTER WITH MEN. Over the past few decades, men’s lives have changed dramatically. What do men want? Other authors appearing include David Carpenter, Ken Finkleman, Lawrence Scanlan, and AJ Somerset.

 

David will also be appearing at the AFTERNOON BOOK CHAT at McNally Robinson Booksellers on September 21.
