Jordyn Pepin

Jordyn Pepin is a Two-Spirit person from Sagkeeng Anishinaabe First Nation located on Treaty 1 Territory. They are currently studying at the University of Manitoba and hold the position of Co-Cultural Coordinator for the U of M Indigenous Students’ Association. Jordyn is committed to becoming fluent in Anishinaabemowin and is hoping to help other youth strengthen their sense of identity through learning their language. Their literary work will be published in ndncountry, published by Prairie Fire and CV2, and launched at THIN AIR 2018 as part of our Voices in the Circle project. Jordyn lives in Winnipeg.
