Elisabeth de Mariaffi

Elisabeth de Mariaffi is the Giller Prize-nominated author of the short story collection, How to Get Along with Women, and her poetry and short fiction have been widely published in magazines across Canada. In 2013, her story “Kiss Me Like I’m the Last Man on Earth” was shortlisted for a National Magazine Award. Her new novel, The Devil You Know (HarperCollins), is a gripping literary thriller about missing girls and family secrets that combines menace and paranoia with the psychological depth of a documentary. de Mariaffi makes her home in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
