Caroline Adderson is an award-winning writer who has won over readers and critics with her books for adults, teens, and young readers. She is a two-time Ethel Wilson Fiction Prize winner, three-time CBC Literary Award winner, and the recipient of the 2006 Marian Engel Award for mid-career achievement. This year, she releases several books for young readers, including a picture book called Norman, Speak! (Groundwood) and a new instalment in a chapter book series featuring the irrepressible Jasper John Dooley (KidsCan). She is also releasing a novel, Ellen in Pieces (HarperCollins), about a woman facing down the particular vagaries of middle age. Adderson lives in Vancouver BC.
