THIN AIR Used Book Sale at the Forks
This weekend, we return to The Forks Market to hold another fundraiser book sale. We’ve been gathering and sorting gently used books donated by our generous supporters, and we’ve set up shop in the sunny South Atrium to bring them all to you. All funds from the sale directly contribute to costs associated with running our annual festival, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year from September 23 to October 1!
Come visit us at the Forks Market, South Atrium (behind the Mini Donuts Factory) during our sale hours:
Friday, September 9 – 9am to 9pm
Saturday, September 10 – 9am to 9pm
Sunday, September 11 – 9am to 5pm
Also, feel free to take part in our book sale photo contest for a chance to have your name put on our guest list for our Opening Night festivities! Follow these 3 easy steps, and have fun!
Step 1 – Visit our fundraiser book sale and peruse our diverse selection.
Step 2 – Using your smart phone or camera, take pictures of odd, silly, or interesting book covers.
Step 3 – Post your photos to Instagram or Twitter using our handle (@WPGTHINAIR), and the hashtag: #THINAIRBooksale.
We’ll be looking at the submissions in the week following the book sale and choosing the best one. The winner will be contacted, and their name will be put on the list!
