A. F. Moritz

A. F. Moritz has published 20 volumes of poetry, from Here in 1974 to As Far As You Know in 2020. A selected poems, The Sparrow, appeared in 2018. His poetry has received the Guggenheim Fellowship, the Griffin Poetry Prize, the Award in Literature of the American Academy of Arts and Letters, and the Bess Hokin Prize of Poetry magazine, and has three times been a Governor General’s Award finalist. He is presently the poet laureate of the City of Toronto.
