The Afternoon Book Chats, hosted by our long-time Director Charlene Diehl, offer a glimpse into what’s behind the scenes in a writer’s life.  

Today’s featured writers are Kate Cayley and Liann Zhang, both of whom create characters with intricate and sometimes contradictory inner lives.
