The New Fantasmagoriana

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Two hundred years ago, Lord Byron and his friends defeated a rainy weekend by undertaking a scary story contest, resulting in the first draft of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein and John Polidori’s The Vampyre. The New Fantasmagoriana marks that auspicious anniversary with a reading by four aspiring masters-of-dread before they voluntarily lock themselves into the haunted attic of Dalnavert Museum for a night of writing. (We’ll gather again at Dalnavert on Halloween night to launch these new pieces—mark your calendars!)
